Dr Annette and I just had an awesome session last week ... but they are all awesome so it was not something too new in my awesome life! She makes it pretty easy to check the yes box.
Since our awesome session ... now every time I see a BMW I think of her and Ron cruising around in there new car with a warm butts! And also the man that says YES to love to me!
The miracle is we love ourself enough to allow other people and things to love us! My miracle is that I allow Mr Beamer to say YES to love to me! Thanks Dr Annette - Every little thing is going to be alright.

28-Year Long Migraine Gone in One Hour with EPTworks
This experience happened just prior to my coming to EPTworks Lifeworks 16. I am so happy about it and want to share it with you all as my "miracle of the month"! I hope to experience many more of these incidents in more rapid succession than I've ever experienced in 16 years of practicing EPTworks!
Written on: 11/5/2010: Today I was so happy to help a woman with EPTworks!!!
It was her first visit to me, and she was referred by a natural pharmacist I've been
working with. I asked her what her goals were. She said, "I want to feel better, and to feel good
all day long without a headache. I've had a constant migraine for years."
"How many years have you had the migraine?" I asked.
"Since 1982. I have had it all day long. I sleep at night. It has varied in intensity, and is worse in
the afternoon, but it never goes away. It has gotten better, and I've learned to just live with it. I have it now as I always do."
I went to work on the migraine. Once the arm muscle was strong with the thought of the migraine. She said it was some better. I told her to point to where the pain was, and we went on chipping away negative supporting thoughts and memories. We went through at least 4 pain areas. All of this work was just about an hour. The woman couldn't locate the migraine! It was gone!!! For the first time in 28 years! Even if it only stayed gone for a few minutes, I felt the success, and so did she.
I said well lets just sit and talk for a few minutes to see if it comes back. Let's schedule another appointment for next week. Our schedules didn't seem to match up well. So, I suggested we just keep working on some of her issues now instead of setting the next appointment, and she could call me for another appointment time later.
At this point, she says, "well, I wasn't really concerned about the migraine. I came in for my adrenal fatigue and hypothyroid." I check my intro notes. Not there, but I do remember when she booked the appointment mentioning her areas of concern.
I check her adrenals with north and south pole magnets, and they are balanced. I go to her hypothalamus, the back up for the adrenal, and find an imbalance. We clear a childhood trauma, and the hypothalamus balances. Her thyroid shows balance also. I ask with muscle response testing for any other work to do today. A brain injury comes to my mind, and she tests to go there.
I ask her about a brain injury, and she says yes. She had a brain tumor removed in 1981 the size of a tennis ball!!! Maybe this is why she had migraines! She shows me where her scar is. I do some emotional release on this area, and she's done for the day. The headache still didn't come back, but I asked her to call me if it does so we can do phone work.

Essential Oils for Body Systems Lesson 1
Adrenal Glands:
Spruce oil restores depleted adrenal glands. Combined with Pine (Pinus silvestris or Pinus pinaster) and applied externally over the kidney area it will reenergize. Spruce oil combined with Cedarwood/Atlas Cedar (Cedrus atlanticus) and Peppermint oil results in a mixture that-- when applied to the body after the morning shower-- will, for several hours, substitute for morning coffee.
Caution: Only use spruce oil externally.

1 (16) ounce jar salted almond butter, smooth roasted
2 eggs
1 ¼ cups agave nectar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup cocoa powder
½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup dark chocolate chips 73% cacao

- In a large bowl, blend almond butter until smooth with a hand blender
- Blend in eggs, then blend in agave and vanilla
- Blend in cocoa, salt and baking soda, then fold in chocolate chips
- Grease a 9 x 13 pyrex baking dish
- Pour batter into dish
- Bake at 325° for 35-40 minutes
Makes about 24 brownies

Reflections .... There is good and God in all things!
As I move through my moments after this AMAZING time I just shared with the LifeWorks Party People, I want to express some reflections and prayers I have for all of us and our AWESOME healing!
There is such amazing energy running through my mind connecting my heart right now. I am praying to God consistently, sending love to every person that cross my path ... I am paying attention to things around me and I am just praying praying praying for everything! I love it. I see that the little boy who just wants to buy a cantaloupe for someone he loves is so amazing! And I pray for his parents that don't let him buy it they see God's love in their child's request! I realize He is always talking and giving to me all the time asking me to continually check that yes box!! I LOVE IT. Thank you Dr Annette for bringing this visual into our existence and to LifeWorks #16.
And then I realized something ...
After LifeWorks #15 I had this exact same thing! (Love that consistency!) But my very next thought was where did all that momentum and energy from the healing we did at #15 eventually go, when did it slowed down? Why did I stopped carrying it with me? And then I realized I only remembered the happenings as a memory, forgetting about the (re) healing we could experience every time we remember or talk about those memories from #15. Maybe others experienced this too? Maybe it is just me?
Here's my AH-HA thought ... Whew!
I could blame many happenings in my life (especially this year) for the forgetfulness happening! But I choose to see God's love in those happenings that might have taken the space of my LifeWorks healing and memories. I choose to forgive myself for letting that momentum slow down and forgetting to continually heal as I remember the amazing time and love I shared at #15.
With all this amazing energy I share with all of my loved LifeWorks #16 Party People (and all the LifeWorks Party People from 1-15) I pray to God that we carry Him with us and that we are continually reminded of all the goodness, love and healing He gave us through everyone's intentions at LifeWorks so that with in our own existence as we move through moments in life we can continue to heal ourselves and each other. I pray that we continually check that YES box telling him we DO LOVE HIM and openly receive His love everyday because we know it makes Him so happy!! And in the moments when we let that energy weaken and allow the "other" emotions come sneaking in, that we recognize those emotions serve something else and that we have better thoughts and feelings that we have created and can create that serve us better! I pray you see God's love in these "other" emotions and we forgive ourselves for allowing the "better serving" emotions to get pushed aside. We all know that God is a good God because even the "other" emotions are gifts from Him.
Note: Would we had an chance to spend time at the beach and come together to share in so much healing and love if it wasn't for those "other" emotions? There is good and God in all things!
So with all my love and all of God's love inside of me I pray (with a lot of booty shakin')
